The sole purpose of the Società Date Alighieri of NYC Inc. is to promote the study and promotion of the Italian language and culture. Its overall mission is independent of political ideologies, national or ethnic origins or religious beliefs, and the Società is open to all people—not just Italians—everywhere who are united by their love for the Italian languages and culture.
